Plain Washer (DIN 9021)
A thin plate with a central hole, used to distribute the load on a threaded fastener like a screw or bolt.
Washers come in several different forms. This variation is DIN 9021/ISO 7093, which refers to: outer diameter circa 3D (3x diameter) - in order words, it has a larger than usual outside diameter.
