ISO 9001:2015 Certification
We have been fully ISO 9001:2015 certified since 2002. As part of this certification, we are regularly audited to prove our systems and processes are set up to ensure the highest possible levels of service quality.
We are delighted to have achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification with Perry Johnson Registrars, who are accredited with both UKAS and ANAB. The Quality Standard ISO 9001 helps you to effectively manage your business and meet your customers’ requirements and is known worldwide as the standard for 'Quality Management Systems'. Systems need to demonstrate their ability to consistently provide a product/service that meet customers' and applicable regulatory requirements, and aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system.
This includes processes for continual improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity and applicable regulatory requirements.
Roy Turnbull Fasteners are dedicated to the principle of never-ending improvements to our Quality Management System, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
Our principal aim is to always supply our customers with high quality products, sourced from approved suppliers, that meet or exceed stated or agreed customer requirements.
Maintenance of quality is the fundamental consideration during any of our business practices and must not be compromised. At all times, Management and employees are responsible to comply with quality related protocol. They are encouraged to provide suggestions and constructive criticism to improve our policies, processes and procedures.
Customers are a key source of feedback related to our stockholding, supply services, and after sales service. This feedback is openly welcomed as it forms an important basis of continual improvement. We aim to source the best quality products that are durable and this is what our customers expect. We must therefore endeavour, to the best of our ability, to meet their requirements.
To achieve the aim of this policy, Quality Objectives are established and monitored.

Modern Day Slavery Statement
Roy Turnbull Fasteners Ltd is committed to conduct all aspects of their business in an ethical and transparent manner. We acknowledge our duties and responsibilities under the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
We require that all employees, customers, suppliers and persons so associated are treated with dignity and respect.
We are fundamentally opposed to slavery, human trafficking, forced labour, debt bondage, sale or exploitation of children and all practices of exploitation within the workplace.
We will not tolerate any contractor or supplier that engages in any of the above practices, nor any third parties to which they may knowingly contract to.
We shall terminate any business relation with a contractor or supplier who is found to be in breach of anti-slavery and human trafficking obligations.
